Energy Water and Environment (EWE) is currently undertaking an energy audit of the apartment complex at 45 Grenville Street in Hampton. The audit is being conducted as a Level 2 Energy Audit under Australian Standards 3598:2000.
EWE Director Patrick Phelan has had extensive experience in delivering Energy Audits for a whole range of building types. The audit at 45 Grenville Street will seek to deliver a reduction in running costs for the body corporate through initiatives that will reduce common energy use. Such initiatives may be car park and common lighting energy use and reduction, reduction in exhaust fan energy and reduction in stormwater pump well energy.
