EWE have provided advice to property managers Bayley Stuart regarding reaching and maintaining a NABERS Energy rating for the office building located at 14-16 Prospect Street Box Hill. There is a minimum NABERS Energy rating stipulated by the Green Lease between the building owner and a major Government tenant. EWE undertook a review of previous energy audit reports and current energy reduction plans. EWE also analysed quarter hourly electricity data provided from the supplier to estimate why higher loads occur.
EWE is now undertaking a metering and sub-metering study on the premises for the purposes of NABERS ratings and for identification and rectification of high energy loads.
