535 Elizabeth Street Project (5 Star Green Star, 4.5 Star NABERS Commitment Agreement)

University of Melbourne Bio 21 Project

ESD and Green Star consultant for the Bio 21 secondary school science / multipurpose building at The University of Melbourne. This includes undertaking JV3 Modelling to show compliance with the National Construction Code Part J Energy Efficiency requirements and co-ordinating and undertaking a non-certified Green Star rating for the project

Mitchell Shire Council Energy Audits

Undertook level 2 energy and water audits for 6 sports and aquatic facilities for Mitchell Shire Council. The audits included an energy management plan, suggested upgrades for energy efficiency and carbon emissions reduction

Officer Secondary College Simulation Modelling

Energy modelling and thermal comfort modelling using computer simulation software to determine both compliance and improvement on energy and thermal comfort standards for the new 2 storey learning facility at Officer Secondary College

Cohealth – Paisley Street Upgrade

Currently the ESD and Green Star consultant for the Western Region Health Centre – Paisley Street Upgrade. This includes adhering to the Sustainability Capital Works Guidelines which include energy modelling, non-certified Green Star and National Construction Code Part J Energy Efficiency requirements
